Análise documental das disciplinas do eixo transversal de um Programa de Residência Multiprofissional em Saúde Coletiva no estado do Paraná
Abstract
Multiprofessional Health Residencies (RMS) were created with the aim of stimulating practices that respond to the demands of the Unified Health System (SUS), constituting spaces for the development of Permanent Health Education actions. Therefore, the objective of this research was to analyze the curricular matrix of a Multiprofessional Residency Program in Public Health, in relation to the transversal axis of the Program and relate it to the residents' work scenario. This is a qualitative, documentary-type study, carried out in 2023. Thirteen cross-sectional disciplines were identified, totaling 192 hours in theoretical or theoretical-practical activities and twenty scenarios of resident activity. Coherence was found between the menu and the professionals’ practice. It is understood that Multiprofessional Residency must be built in interface with the different areas of health, and therefore, the matrix of the aforementioned program meets what is requested by the resolution and the needs of the residents.
