CURRICULAR INTERNSHIP IN PRIMARY HEALTH CARE: PERCEPTION OF NURSING STUDENTS ABOUT THE MULTIPROFESSIONAL TEAM
Abstract
In recent years, there has been a change in the conception of health, which has led to a reflection on the curricula and training of health professionals. From this perspective, integrated curricula and active learning methodologies gained space to promote interprofessional training. This work aims to report experiences of a nursing student with a multidisciplinary team in family health in a curricular internship in primary health care. During the months of May to July 2022, the academic shared space with the team of the Expanded Center for Family Health and residents of different professions, promoting discussions on various topics and reflection on the SUS and its challenges. Primary care allowed for the exchange of experiences with the community and the health team, developing skills such as listening, acceptance, critical thinking, responsibility and autonomy. The curricular internship I is a discipline that allows the vision of the multidisciplinary team, promoting the understanding of the skills and abilities of other health professionals and providing the application and deepening of the knowledge acquired throughout the graduation.
