The relevance of the supervised stage in the nursery training process in graduation and the teacher's role
Abstract
Considering the moment of the internship of paramount importance in the formation of the student and the role of the teacher in guiding the student in practice, the objective of this work is to understand the importance of the supervised internship in the formation of nurses and the contribution of the teacher in this role. learning mediator. Therefore, an integrative literature review will be carried out, using the bibliographic research methodology, based on the analysis of the literature already published on the subject. In this way, the relevance of the teacher's role is observed, as this is the student's first contact with professional practice. It is considered opportune to publish other works relevant to the topic to strengthen, raise awareness and contribute to the training of nurses and professors in the area able to perform their respective roles.
