Abstract
This study presents an experiential report on ongoing education focused on Biosafety, conducted in a clinical laboratory. The initiative employed active methodologies such as case studies, group discussions, and oral presentations to train professionals from diverse fields. Its aim was to promote safe and effective practices in handling biological materials, emphasizing the importance of continual updates in compliance with current regulations and challenges in the healthcare sector. Participant feedback positively assessed the effectiveness of the strategies adopted, highlighting the impact of participatory and reflective learning on enhancing laboratory practices. This experience underscores the necessity for educational methods that stimulate critical thinking and collaboration among professionals, thereby fostering a more meaningful and contemporary approach to ongoing education.
