Análise das súmulas dos tribunais superiores sobre meio ambiente e sua relação com a propriedade e Estado
Abstract
The precedents edited by the Superior Courts are pronouncements based on repeated decisions, with the objective of delimiting the understanding and interpretation of legal provisions on a particular matter from the judgment of analogous cases, that is, it is the objective consolidation of jurisprudence. This study established as main objective the survey and analysis of the summaries of the Superior Courts, more specifically those edited by the Superior Court of Justice (STJ), regarding the environment and its relationship with property and the State, focusing on comparison with environmental, civil, tax legislation and constitutional precepts, along with the majority doctrinal understanding.
