Judicialization of health: the supply of high-cost medicines and the Judiciary

Abstract

The present work aims to develop a study on the judicialization of health, which is nothing more than the intervention of the Judiciary, either by claims or ways of acting, as a "last ratio", so that the citizen obtains this access to health, which is often compelled by budgetary issues.
